Adjusting Your Settings
To get started with creating a subscribe form, click on the “Forms” tab.

Now that you have done that you edit the default form per your requirements. To do that, just drag and drop from the right side of the screen to the left. Now you select which subscriber list(s) that you want this form used on. The next box refers to the information to supply to the user after the user clicks on the submit button.The last thing to remember to do after making the desired change is to click on the “Save” button.
